Playtrains is a brand new range of remote controlled toy trains and accessories which are here to help children start their model railway journey while having fun along the way! The range features a whole section of products, allowing children to build and develop their own model railway world, with endless opportunities.

Playtrains is so much more than just a range of toy trains though, because leading the way are Flash, Bolt and Thunder! These characters have stories to tell, adventures to go on and friends to make! Better yet they feature working lights, multiple sounds, 3 speeds in both forward and reverse and they run on an easy to clip together track system.

Meet Flash!...Hey, I’m Flash and I’m the fastest train in town!

• Flash has special powers so he can travel at the speed of light • His favourite colour is sky blue • He is four years old • His number one hobby is to play chase with his best friends, Bolt and Thunder • He loves collecting crispy leaves in the autumn for his scrapbook • He likes to have a bubble bath every single day • His favourite food is celery

Meet Bolt!...Hi kids, let’s go on an adventure!

• Bolt has special strength powers and can pull two hundred coaches in one go • He is the bossy train and leader of the train pack • His favourite colour is ruby red • He is three years old • He has a twin brother called Thunder • Bolt likes causing mischief and playing tricks on the other trains, especially Thunder • His favourite food is chocolate cake

Meet Thunder!… Howdy, how nice to meet you. Hop on board!

• Thunder has engine roaring special powers and he can rumble even louder than a thunderstorm • His favourite colour is mustard yellow • He is three years old • He has a twin brother called Bolt, who always tries to tease him • Thunder is the baby twin – he was born one minute and thirty second after Bolt • He likes reading books and learning about science and geography • His favourite food is watermelon
