What's your latest aquisition?

Here's my latest purchase, a Tri-ang-Hornby R.754 M7 in BR Black livery.

The box was tatty, crew were missing and the BR totem transfers on the tank sides were part missing as per normal.

The model is slowly being restored, a fresh box mint was found on ebay with incorrect labels (the one on the right) and I have crew and original totem transfers a plenty in stock, I will post stages of the restoration at intervals for all my friends on here to see as they take place.

Here's the loco pre-restoration but with nice new original 40+ BR Totem transfers put on the side tanks, a packet of the original transfers is posed by the loco for reference.

Hope all at Hornby like what I am doing to their old locos.

Everything related to model railways including wiring, baseboard contruction, kit building, power tools, DC, DCC, N O OO Z 009 gauge and everything in between.

Cool! Sounds good! Looks like I must check it out, but it's a waste of time to set an account up, if I decide I don't like and/or don't want to use my account on the forum. The general public should be able to read the threads, but can inly comment with a registered account, like this forum!

I have found success in uploading pix via iPad to this forum depends upon where I browse to for them, e.g. Moments, Camera Roll, Screenshots, or whatever. Moments usually works but can flag the 'this is taking a long time' warning, then posts it anyhow.

Same here RAF. If I use the Take a picture choice I keep getting the there was a problem with this page and it is being reloaded message every time I try, and then suddenly it will work. Then the same thing happens again. I really can't be bothered. This forum is so frustrating, logging you out, pictures not working, pictures the incorrect format and on and on and on.
