The original iPhone app was released 14th December 2010 and quickly topped the top 10 games chart, which helped catapult it to the top 20 in the overall UK iPhone/iPad app charts.  In conjunction with experienced game developers, Sabec, and dedicated Hornby licensing agent, Rocket Licensing Ltd, the application from Scalextric lets you speed through stunning 3D worlds.  No matter where, no matter when, rediscover the magic of Scalextric!

The Scalextric track creator allows you to build your very own fun, fast and challenging circuit by choosing from a selection of Scalextric track pieces and assembling new and exciting circuits!  The Android app costs just £1.50 and lets you race against an opponent or simply beat your PB on a time trial.

When you have created or chosen your track, it’s time to let the car become the star by choosing from four speedy Scalextric car models and customising your ride with a range of designs and colours. You can race in stunning detail and be transported straight back to the bedroom floors of your youth

To download the Android app, click on the icon entitled "Market" which appears on your device. This will open the Android shop where you can select the Scalextric game (Games>Racing).
