Promotion Period:  

These offers are valid on their respective dates, from 23rd March 2026 to 3rd April 2026.

Eligibility:  

These offers are exclusively for selected trade customers of Hornby Hobbies Ltd. Only those who received the emails from March 23rd to April 3rd, 2026. The eligibility for each offer is detailed below.  

Entry Methods:  

Offers available have different entry requirements.  

  • Automatic Entry: All purchasing account holders will be automatically entered into the relevant day's offer.  
  • Active Participation: For offers requiring active participation, entrants must click the provided link and/or email sales@hornby.com with the relevant code for the offer, as specified for each offer. Active participation may also include placing an order for specific offers where stated.  

Specific Offer Terms:  

  • 24th, 26th, 29th, 31st March, 2nd and 3rd April: No purchase necessary. Participate by clicking the email link to send an email with the relevant code in the subject line. Alternatively, email the relevant code in the subject line to sales@hornby.com to enter. Purchasing account holders are automatically entered. Please note that one prize is available to be won on each respective day.
  • 23rd March:  Order today to be entered into a prize draw to win a Cadbury Chocolate Easter Hamper worth £75. You must purchase and mention the code (“HAMPER”) to enter the prize draw. 
  • 25th March: Limited to in-stock, full-price items ordered on 25th March 2026 only. To redeem the 20% discount on these items, customers must reference the applicable code (“EASTER20”) in their order email or title. This discount cannot be combined with account-level discounts, and the best available discount will be applied. Hornby Hobbies reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
  • 27th March: Order today to be entered into a prize draw to win a £100 Love to Shop voucher. All qualifying entrants will be entered into a draw, and one winner will be chosen at random for the prize. To enter, send your order with “SHOPTRIP” in the subject line to sales@hornby.com.
  • 28th March: 10 chances to win an Airfix pint glass. You must purchase Airfix products and mention the code to enter the prize draw (“AIRFIXPINT”).
  • 30th March: 'Win Your Order' draw for orders placed on this day, subject to a £3,000 cap. The prize value doesn't include pre-ordered items.  All qualifying entrants will be entered into a draw, and one winner will be chosen at random for the prize. To enter, send your order to sales@hornby.com.
  • 1st April: Limited to in-stock, full-price items ordered on 1st April 2026 only. To redeem the 10% discount on these items, customers must reference the applicable code (“EASTER10”) in their order email or title. This discount cannot be combined with account-level discounts, and the best available discount will be applied. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Hornby Hobbies reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.  

Draws and Prizes:  

  • Prize draw winners will be randomly selected unless otherwise specified for applicable offers.  
  • Prizes are as specified for each offer and are non-transferable.  
  • Winners will be notified via email or telephone within 28 days of the offer day and must claim their prize within 30 days of notification of the win.  

Limitations:   

  • Discount offers cannot be combined with any existing promotions or trade agreements at the invoice account level. Discounts will be applied based on the best available terms for the account on the day of purchase.  
  • Prizes or discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.   

General Terms:   

  • Hornby Hobbies Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any offer at any time.   
  • Participation in these offers constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
